CenturyLink Event Service is a reservations-based, full-service, operator managed solution ideally suited to support your high-profile and large audio calls. This robust service includes dedicated event coordination that begins as soon as you start booking the call with one of our skilled Event Managers.
CenturyLink’s Event Managers work with your designated event scheduler to plan, prepare for, manage and execute a highly successful conferencing event. For the live event, a lead Event Manager is assigned to manage the conference and perform all participant facing functions (announce presenters, enable Q&A, and more).
